Spanning four stories, there is both an elevator and stairs linking each floor of the chalet. As you enter on the ground floor, you are greeted by the tranquil private spa area. A sauna, hammam and relaxation area decorated in calming, neutral tones create a haven to unwind in after a full-on ski day. Also on this floor are two spacious twin/double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with an en-suite shower room.
Moving up to the first floor, you will find the impressive master bedroom suite. This spacious room includes a walk-in wardrobe, a plush velvet sofa to curl up on with a good book, a desk, balcony access and of course the bedroom area itself; beautifully finished with soft lighting. The en-suite bathroom has a free-standing bath and a separate rain shower. Also on this floor is another twin/double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a cosy two-person bunk room, with an en-suite shower room.
The top floor of the chalet is home to the elegant open-plan living and dining area and kitchen. A striking central fireplace is the focal point, warming the room and adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Double-height windows and beautiful vaulted beamed ceilings create extra spaciousness, drawing you out towards the balcony where you can enjoy spectacular views across Lech and beyond to the snow-capped mountains. Decorated with accents of rich blues and sophisticated furniture pieces, it is a perfect space for relaxing and socialising.
The dining table can seat up to 12 and is the ideal elegant setting for family meals or entertaining. Overlooking this area is the spacious and stylish kitchen, with its striking patterned tiles, matt black finishes and all the modern appliances a keen chef could wish for.
Just off from the main living space, there is a cosy TV room, which can be closed off and separated so that the children can enjoy a movie whilst adults share conversations with friends over dinner.
All of the chalets in this exclusive residence of five private homes share access to a luxurious swimming pool, tepidarium, gym and spa. There is also a spacious shared ski and boot room where you can safely store all of your equipment, and laundry facilities.
